Project requirements
Using gantry automatic sorting robots to quickly grasp designated workpieces and place them in designated positions according to system instructions, the automatic cutting process of steel plates on the production line is completed, achieving automation and efficiency in heavy workpiece handling and sorting, and improving the overall efficiency of the production line.

This equipment consists of a gantry truss structure, XYZ three-axis components, gripper components, and an automatic control system. It is equipped with a rotating shaft to achieve the rotational action of the product, which can realize large-span heavy-duty handling and achieve high-speed and efficient operation.
