1 Project introduction:
This equipment is automatic numerical control cutting machine. The equipment has a flame or plasma cutting torch and a multi axis control system, which can cut the web and wing plate of section steel according to the process requirements. It can also cut process holes of various geometric shapes, which can effectively ensure the cutting accuracy and position accuracy of section steel cutting. The section steel is freely placed on the fixed cutting platform or the moving roller table, which is convenient for cutting and has high processing efficiency. The automatic loading and unloading device of section steel is adopted in the design, which can automatically load the section steel before cutting and stack the section steel after cutting, greatly improving the processing efficiency.
The equipment is widely used in construction steel structure manufacturing, machining and other industries.
