KUKA teach pendants are indispensable handheld control terminals for robot programming and on-site commissioning in automated production lines. In spray booths and dusty manufacturing workshops, floating paint mist and fine dust are easy to contaminate the touch screen and function buttons. Accidental drops and long-term friction will cause scratches and surface damage, reducing touch sensitivity and resulting in high replacement costs of the teach pendant.

This universal KUKA robot teach pendant protective cover with order number TKASJQD05 is compatible with most KUKA teach pendant models. Adopting durable functional fabric, it can effectively block stains, floating dust and paint mist from attaching to the surface of the teach pendant. The material can buffer impact when falling and resist long-time friction to prolong service life. The transparent viewing window allows operators to check screen data and complete touch operation without removing the cover. The zipper structure supports quick putting on and taking off, facilitating on-site teaching and daily maintenance.

It is designed to fit multiple styles of KUKA teach pendants without blocking the emergency stop button, function keys and cable ports. It keeps a comfortable hand feel even during long-time handheld programming and debugging work.

Reusable and practical, this protective cover reduces paint contamination, dust accumulation and collision damage. It lowers repair and replacement costs and provides reliable protection for KUKA teach pendants in spray painting, welding, handling and other industrial working environments.
